Access to the development, manufacturing and technical expertise of Resinall Corp., one of the largest ink resin producers in the United States, will help Resinall Europe reach its goal of becoming a leading supplier to the European publication ink market. Resinall Europe’s mission is to work closely with customers and deliver consistent, high quality products which exceed their expectations. Our goal is to become the ink producers’ partner of choice Manufacturing CapabilityResinall Europe’s annual production capacity is 10,000 tons of resin, resin solution and speciality vehicles. When the planned construction of a new ink resin facility is realized capacity will increase to 25,000 tons. All products are manufactured in large scale, state of the art, computer controlled, stainless steel reactors ensuring the highest level of product quality and consistency. With specifically designed and dedicated blending, storage and delivery systems Resinall has the ability and flexibility to respond to our customers needs and satisfy requirements from a few drums to several thousand tons of product. Technical CapabilityResinall laboratories are comprehensively equipped with the latest resin manufacturing and testing systems. Novel developments and customer specific products can be scaled up in our pilot plant facilities to an intermediary 10 to 200 kg stage before being approved for full-scale production. A wide range of viscosity, tack and solubility measuring equipment is required to provide consistency of results and ensure customer satisfaction.
