Resinall - Megara Agreement

Resinall Europe, BVBA and Megara Resins, SA are pleased to announce the establishment of a manufacturing and sales Agreement. Under the terms of this agreement, Megara will manufacture modified rosin resins for Resinall's exclusive sale and distribution into the printing ink industry. This agreement includes resins and resin compositions utilizing Resinall technology as well as gum rosin resins formerly produced and sold by Megara. Megara Resins is the largest gum rosin and rosin resin producer in Greece.

The combination of Megara's basic gum rosin position and low cost operations together with Resinall's sales, marketing, technology and printing ink resin expertise will create a competitive advantage for our printing ink customers.
