Resinall Corp Announces Management Changes to Support Global Growth
Resinall Corp recently began construction of a new hydrogenated hydrocarbon resin unit to produce Water White Resins for use in hot melt pressure sensitive adhesives. In October, Resinall Rutgers Resins GmbH (RRR), a joint venture between the German RUTGERS Novares GmbH and the Belgian Resinall Europe bvba, acquired Neville Chemical Europe BV.
To support these ventures and continued global growth, Resinall Corp has implemented the following executive management changes:
- Dr. Ken Cooley has been named the company’s Chief Operations Officer with the title of Vice President and COO. In this position, he is responsible for global operations including, manufacturing, technology, engineering and supply chain management.
- Mr. Joe LeVine has been named the company’s Chief Commercial Officer with the title of Vice President and CCO. In this position, he is responsible for global sales, marketing and business development. He will continue as Managing Director of Resinall Europe bvba and has joined the Board of Resinall Rutgers Resins GmbH.
- Mr. Jerry Johnson has been named Vice President of Manufacturing and a Managing Director in Resinall Rutgers Resins GmbH. In this position, he is responsible for Resinall’s global manufacturing activities.
