RK International is pleased to announce the development of RK-7000 and
RK-7001. RK-7000 is a general purpose tabloid gelled vehicle. The pricing on
these products is so attractive we can’t put it on paper. The RK-7000 has a
medium tack and medium gel structure, providing maximum formulating flexibility.
The RK-7001 is the free flowing version of RK-7000. Additionally, the RK-7000
and RK-7001 have added tack stability, unseen in many products of this type,
essential for inks to run on low basis weight paper stock. A highlight of these
products is that they allow the tabloid/insert inkmaker the ability to
manufacture good general purpose ink while maximizing formulary flexibility and
economics which is perfect for today’s very competitive marketplace.

RK-7005 Economical Low Tack, Tabloid Gel
RK International is pleased to announce the development of RK-7005. RK-7005
is a low tack, general-purpose tabloid gel. The goal in the development of
RK-7005 was to provide the inkmaker a vehicle system, which could be used to
manufacture low tack ink without having to use a large amount of free solvent,
which would tend to lead to misting. The RK-7005’s low tack and high gel
structure provides the ink maker the ability to make a low tack ink, while
maintaining a good structure. An additional benefit to using RK-7005 is its ease
of mix down when making ink. This allows the inkmaker better manufacturing
productivity. Additionally, the RK-7005 has added tack stability, unseen in many
products of this type, essential for inks to run on low basis weight paper
stock.
